fdyappa Terms of Service

By creating a fdyappa account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and able to form a binding contract.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password and your device safe.
• One person, one account. Don't impersonate other people, brands, or entities.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post or share content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, that promotes violence or self-harm, or that infringes someone's rights.
• Spam, scrape, or use the service to send bulk unsolicited messages.
• Probe, exploit, or interfere with the service's security, infrastructure, or other users' accounts.
• Reverse-engineer the app or use it to build a competing service.
• Upload viruses, malware, or anything intended to harm.

We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity. Repeat offenders will be permanently banned.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting, you grant fdyappa a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, and transmit your content as needed to run the service. This licence ends when you delete the content (subject to copies kept by people you sent it to). End-to-end encrypted messages are not licenced to us — we cannot read them.

5. Intellectual property

The fdyappa name, logo, and the source code of the app are owned by us. Don't use them without permission.

6. Service availability

fdyappa is provided "as is". We try our best to keep it running but we don't guarantee uptime, that messages will always be delivered, or that the service will be free of bugs. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, fdyappa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You can stop using fdyappa at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we are required to by law. After termination, sections 4 (your content), 5 (IP), 7 (liability), and 9 (governing law) survive.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which fdyappa is operated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
